Evidence of Lives Lived

For so many  individuals we only have fading photos as evidence of their existence.  Those images tell a story about  the characters, their lives and their experience. I took it upon myself to reanimate some of these individuals with a portrait. Imagined narratives constructed from the clues in each photo are the basis of these paintings, the evidence of lives lived.
